Our Story
Locally Owned Business Built On Trust, Honesty and Hard Work
Before starting True Mate, I worked across several trades and spent time installing showers and baths. I saw firsthand what goes into completing these projects—and eventually learned just how much some homeowners were being charged. I knew there had to be a better way to provide beautiful, professionally installed bathrooms without inflated prices or high-pressure sales tactics.
That belief became True Mate. In Australia, a “mate” is more than a friend—it’s someone you can count on. A true mate treats you fairly, looks after your best interests and takes care of your home as if it were their own.
That’s exactly what we want every homeowner to experience: honest guidance, dependable workmanship and a team that genuinely cares—from your first conversation through the final cleanup.
